THE ALMOST FORGOTTEN RECIPE
15 years ago, I, ROY ICE TEA, was recorded as a recipe in a great moment of passionate beverage tinkering*.
It was a stroke of luck when, after such a long time, the light finally fell on this recipe again. The inventors woke me up from a deep sleep, put the various ingredients together in the laboratory and the result was the outstanding ROY ICE TEA that meets today's times and demand. My inventors suddenly became very active. They were on the phone, looking for ways to scale me up perfectly and wanted to see me in all kinds of outlets.
People are now more aware of the environment. So not only did the contents of ROY ICE TEA have to be marvellous, my packaging had to be too. The result was the ecological and economical resealable pressurised stand-up pouch without a plastic straw. I can stand proudly and confidently on the shelf with my upbeat, green packaging. As ROY ICE TEA, I can also be a loyal companion for any activity - whether as a sports drink, refreshing drink or simply as a thirst quencher. You squeeze me after drinking and I am thin and flat, so I no longer have any volume and am then light, almost like a feather.
In short:
what am I now? I am the finest herbal tea blend, flavoured with essential hemp oil, produced with homogeneous Swiss spring water, with a pinch of sugar and absolutely vegan!

*As a child, one of the beverage inventors had tried pretty much all existing tea flavours, such as: Lipton tea, Arizona drink iced tea, Migros iced tea, Coop iced tea, Alpine herbal iced tea, mate tea, instant powdered iced tea. Be it vegan, sweet, sour, low-calorie, green tea or more black tea flavoured.
Thanks to his many years of experience with the iced teas on offer at the time, he was able to gain an overall picture of the Swiss tea market, which benefited the recipe for ROY ICE TEA. As a result, ROY iced tea has its own personal flavour.
